Supermodel gave me a lot of poses in the same spot while I painted a large canvas out several times yesterday (then napped the afternoon away while I painted; having done her part)..part 2 will be coming your way in early stages next week.

my unplanned cybervacation
I'm away from cyberspace for an uncertain amount of time..we'd had internet problems last week that a tech fixed Thursday.
on Friday morning I noticed exposed wire from kinks on my laptop power cord (and actually got a little shock). I searched and ordered a replacement then wrapped it in electrical tape. Yesterday morning when I tried starting it up for catching up with emails over breakfast it had officially died, status of laptop unknown (but certainly powerless). I'm on my partner's computer now. I'll try to make an announcement when I'm back.

Tiger Lily perched stage 6
nearly finished (or at least I thought so before I looked at this scan). I've added a bit of white acrylic and sumi ink in this stage along with several more hours of drawing.
